During the latter part of my mom's career, she managed an upscale boutique in the Halekulani hotel in Honolulu. Over the years, many of my birthday presents were beautiful pieces of jewelry from Kai-Yin Lo. My mom considered her to be a friend. The jewelry that is for sale in our Vintage Kai Yin Lo store are all pieces collected by my family, most of it during the 80s.
